I came across Lanka Dreams Holiday Resorts through a friend’s recommendation and I have had absolutely no regrets renting an apartment through them. The apartment is not only very well maintained but also clean and located in a quiet and convenient neighbourhood. Mr. Sanjaya is extremely helpful and polite and goes out of his way to ensure that any issues raised are addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Lanka Dreams and Mr. Sanjaya to anyone looking for rentals in Sri Lanka.
After numerous holidays over the past years in Sri Lanka, staying at good quality hotels. I decided to rent a property over a year and maintain it as a holiday home for my vacation periods.
I found a photograph of a house to rent on Fb marketplace of a suitable property in the area which I was looking to make my base.
This posting led me to Sanjaya and his company, Lanka Dreams Holiday Resorts.
To say I have been fortunate would be an understatement. I was based in UK trying to arrange rental of the property and luckily had a local friend who visited the house and gave me a video call tour of the house. I agreed to the let just on this video call and have not been disappointed.
There were small things that I asked to be attended to purely for my personal choice, and these were completed without question.
My rental term started in September of 2023, and since then I have stayed at the house twice on vacation, loving it and the area so much, that I have now retired and moved to the house permanently, having no hesitation or reservation that both the house and Sri Lanka are perfect for me.
Lanka Dream Holidays have made things so easy for me and nothing is too much trouble.
As an example of the attention to their tenants, I had one very slight problem, where the main gate light was broken. When I mentioned it, the repair was completed the next day after getting new fitments AND they inspected all the other electrics of the house!
You cannot ask for better landlords.
Although my property is a long term let, I would confidently assume that all lettings are of the same service standard as mine.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Lanka Dream Holiday Resorts and would happily speak to anyone personally should you want further information on my experience.

I have rented 2 houses in Negombo through Lanka Dreams Holiday Resort and had a great experience and service. The landlord was always super helpful and always available, both houses were in excellent condition, and well maintained and whenever there were any issues the landlord was quick to fix them. We really felt at home and only moved out because we moved to another city but I 100% recommend renting through Lanka Dreams Holiday Resort!
